Drew this lady after reading the first Hunger Games
book. I'll call her: Marigold Steadyknee.
(every character in that book has a crazy name)

Also just for fun I threw some basic color on her and made her head bigger. These are just fun simple ways to explore character design/costume design while doodling in my sketchbook. The drawings aren't perfect but I can use some of these ideas for actual characters down the road.
